I’m thankful for a loving husband who always says I love you, makes me laugh, gives me hugs, and tucks me in at night with a goodnight kiss.

I am thankful for my childhood. I had a great childhood. We didn’t have a lot of money but I played outside, I had toys, and friends, even as a teenager I was pretty well rounded. I didn’t have a curfew but that was mostly because all of my friends did and I was home usually just after midnight after dropping my friends off at home. Mom would stay up until I got home and we would talk about what I did and didn’t mind telling her. I could (and still can) talk to my parents about anything.

I am thankful for the little things. The little things that make you happy. Even if it is a silly little thing.
For example free apps, an actual letter in the mail box (you know that thing outside at the end of the driveway), being first in line, getting the perfect parking spot, finding everything you need at ONE store, winning a game; I could go on and on. I’m just thankful for the simple things that make me happy.
